My Quick Buy offers the following Returns Policy: Most of our items are covered under the manufactures warranty. Any item you would like to return must be still factory sealed. There is a 10% restocking fee on any returned item, plus you are responsible for the shipping costs. Warranty:We are authorized Kidkraft and Maxim dealers so your purchase is covered from any defects for 120 days from purchase date.  Any replacement parts will be handled through the manufacture at no cost to you.  If you have any questions or problems please email us at myquickbuyinfo@aol.com and we will do our best to help.
