Carole Towne might seem like it only sells hot cocoa and holiday cookies, but ever since Miss Paula moved to the small town, locals and tourists alike have been forunate to enjoy amazing Southern cooking at Miss Paula's BBQ Shack. Open only on Saturday and Sundays, Miss Paula gives herself the full week to marinate, braise, simmer and smoke the upcoming weekend's menu. Once the weekly feast is prepared, people start lining up hours before the doors open - especially those in need of a Christmas Eve Dinner.
